Life can feel really challenging, and we may feel that we have to just keep going and suck it up, which may lead us to feel more lonely and overwhelmed.

Therapy may allow you to break free of past hurts, negative relational patterns, or traumas. While we cannot rewrite the past, sharing our stories can lead to insights, self-compassion and empathy for ourselves and perhaps others; this tends to help us leave those stories in the past so that we may create new ones that make life feel easier, happier, and lighter.
